I think this picture is intentionally grainy and, for me anyway, it works well with the "afterglow" look of the smoking model and her sexy wafting exhale.

This pic actually makes smoking look like a work of art. Since the model has an "artistic feeling" in this pic. I know that's a real woman.

Smoking in itself IS a work of art actually. There are different types of exhals and inhales and smoke rings that help the smoking habit look like art IRL.
