A lot of smoking fetishists don't particularly care for the wafting exhale, but I'm a huge fan myself.
It takes a very seductive and snake-like plume of smoke coming from the mouth of the smoking girl, however, its not like any old wafting will do.
Bottom line is, the smoking model has to be doing a wafting exhale in order to appear sexy and seductive, not just because she doesn't want to inhale.
